James F. Biagi Jr.
James F. Biagi, Jr. is a principal of FALG, with primary responsibility for the firm’s securities and finance practice. His practice also includes international business, tax planning, tax controversy, investment funds and management, mergers and acquisitions, general business, estate planning, probate & trust administration, and real estate.
Mr. Biagi has extensive experience representing clients in all facets of corporate and securities law and has significant experience in commercial and tax litigation.
Mr. Biagi has also developed an impressive network of business contacts. On many occasions, this network has enabled him to connect ideas and know-how with resources and funds.
In addition to his law degree, Mr. Biagi holds a Master of Laws in Taxation.
